Main focus of our services

Product certification forms part of the conformity assessment procedures intended to guarantee health and safety when using the products, as well as the safety of the structures. According to the Construction Products Regulation, the trading of products covered by the scope of a harmonised standard within the European Union is only permissible if these bear a valid CE mark. Other products can be brought onto the market on the basis of a European Technical Assessment (ETA) and national approvals. The conformity assessment required for the trading and use of the products is generally based on product testing, inspection of the manufacturing plant, inspection of the factory production control system and assessment of the results of these inspections. Following an initial test, the products and the factory production control system must be constantly monitored.

Our expert and experienced auditors perform reliable monitoring and certification of building materials in accordance with the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) and Federal State Building Code (LBO) in the areas of cements and binders, concrete and mortar, as well as aggregates, concrete additions and admixtures. On request we additionally certify cements and other binders on the basis of voluntary regulations applying in other countries.
