Process Operator Training

Operators are responsible for keeping equipment running a high level of availability, optimising production rates and reducing energy consumption. This training will enable participants to have a better understanding of the process and how to optimise quality and reduce electrical energy as well as fuel consumption. The participants will receive in-depth training in operating specific parts of the plant (e.g. the kiln or mills). They will learn the fundamentals of cement production and gain experience in operating the plant through interactive simulator training sessions.
