Emission and ambient pollution measurements

The Forschungsinstitut der Zementindustrie GmbH is an accredited environmental measuring body in accordance with §29b of the Federal Immissions Control Act (BImSchG). We would be pleased to advise you in implementing the environmental measurements required according to the licensing law in a valid and efficient emission measuring program. Our emission measurements cover the required scope of emission parameters to be measured according to the 17th Federal Immissions Control Ordinance (BImSchV), the 13th  Federal Immissions Control Ordinance (BImSchV) and the Technical Instructions on Air Quality Control (TA Luft). In addition, we are in a position to determine a large range of special parameters. 

An interdisciplinary team composed of engineers, scientists and laboratory technicians with many years of practical experience are at your disposal. Up-to-date results flow into the practical activities due to close ties to research. Our research is currently focusing on the areas of mercury measurement technology and measurements of biogenic CO2 in emissions.

We are not only active in Germany but also internationally. In eastern Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia, we have carried out a wide range of customer-specific individual projects, in which we also employ the European standards of measuring technology internationally. On request, we are also in a position to use US-EPA standards.
