Request publicationThe aim was to determine systematically the granulometric influences of the main constituents Portland cement clinker (K), limestone (LL), blastfurnace slag (S) and fly ash (V) as well as the substance-specific impacts of the particle size distributions on cement, mortar and concrete properties.
The research project aimed to investigate whether the limitation on use of recycled water in ready-mixed concrete works for air-entrained and high strength concrete that is in place in all three involved countries is justified, or whether it could be abolished.
