Day 1: AI Basics for Leaders
Introduction to artificial intelligence and machine learning, including key concepts and technical foundations, as well as the importance of data quality and model performance in industrial applications.
Day 2: Strategic AI Planning – From Vision to Execution
Strategic approaches to identifying, prioritising and implementing AI use cases, with a focus on infrastructure, data ownership, digital sovereignty and organisational readiness.
Day 3: Scaling AI in Cement Plants
Strategies for moving AI from pilot projects to plant-wide deployment, covering the rollout and scaling of AI applications across operations, maintenance, engineering and business processes. Topics include generative AI, knowledge management, document intelligence, operations assistants, AI agents, and approaches to embedding AI into day-to-day industrial workflows.
