Control room operator training
The training qualifies employees for controlling and operating specific parts of the plant (e.g. the kiln). They learn the fundamentals of cement production and acquire experience in operating the plant through customised simulator training sessions.
The trainings are aimed at production personnel, craftsmen and semi-skilled workers.
