Plant supervisor / foreman training
This training programme qualifies the participants to take responsibility for the operation of specific areas within a plant (e.g. clinker production). After the training they are able to occupy mid-level leadership positions, advise the foremen and support the plant manager.
VDZ has been providing plant supervisor trainings for more than 50 years.
During the mid-term course, the participants acquire in-depth knowledge about the fundamental and more advanced technologies in cement production. In addition the participants are qualified for future leadership positions, e.g. team leader.
The trainings are aimed at foremen, experienced control room operators and supervisors.
