In the field of concrete and mortar we offer a wide range of services incorporating all established test methods, competent consultancy and the provision of complex expert opinion.

The state-of-the-art technical equipment in our concrete laboratory enables us to carry out all important tests on fresh concrete and fresh mortar and/or hardened concrete and hardened mortar. A major issue of our work is the durability of concrete. Furthermore, current issues regarding carbonation, resistance to chloride ingress, resistance to freeze-thaw and freeze- thaw with de-icing salts, sulphate resistance and the avoidance of harmful alkali-silica reactions are investigated in our research projects. A practical approach and cutting-edge research form the ideal basis for our consultancy services and the provision of expert opinion.

We are accredited pursuant to the General Circular for Road Construction No. 12/2006 for the provision of expert opinion on the assessment of aggregates and concrete compositions. We provide reliable results with regard to the avoidance of harmful alkali-silica reactions on concrete road coverings from which you can benefit.

We can carry out tests for technical approvals for cements and concretes which enable you to prove the suitability of your construction products for specific areas of application, e.g. a European Technical Approval (ETA) or the KOMO attest with a product certificate in accordance with CUR 48.
